Problem with -> Send Finalized Form - Error: Generic Exception: Target host must not be null, or set in parameters

Hello,
Feeling well out of my league after building what I thought was a top notch survey.

I'm on a google nexus tablet, and have completed a number of different form versions in their piloting stages. All skip and logic errors have been fixed. I'm able to finalize the forms, but not send them.

I can download a new blank form from my appspot, but not send the completed forms back. I get the error message in the subject line when I try.

I've tried a generic google which led me to very complicated java jargon, but nothing was much of a match to my error, so I didn't want to dig in.
I've tried a search of this forum to no avail.

I'm including a screen shot, since I've read a lot of posts where the good people trying to help just need more information, and I wish I knew more of the information needed because I'd include it now.

What steps can anyone recommend in my troubleshooting?

Best,
David

Sounds like you have a submission_url specified on the settings sheet of
the form definition (XLS) file that is blank or maybe contains a space.

The submission logic will use that URL if one is specified. If one is not
specified, then it will use the URL that is configured on the device.

If you do specify a submission URL, it needs to be fully-specified. I.e.,
for the opendatakit AppEngine instance, we would add /submission:

https://opendatakit.appspot.com/submission

Yes - indeed.

I feel stupid. Don't know why I didn't try that. I was working from
someone else's old form so I thought they had all that kind of thing
correct.
forgot that https:// in front of my happygolucky.appspot.com/submission
