We are testing different tools for dashboard reporting of data collected with ODK, among other also Google Looker Studio.
The connection to all submissions or datasets we try to connect to in Looker do not cause any problems when connecting them with odata to excel. But in Looker some submissions or datasets get connected without problems, but others generate errors at various stages.
The initial registration with the odata link and the user credentials always works well and the connection to the sever gets established (table detected, number of rows correctly displayed).
Sometimes the following error message is displayed at the last step of the connection process:
