Problems with the xlsform converter link

Hello ODK team

quick question to you: it is a couple of days that I am trying to connect to the following link:

http://opendatakit.org/use/xlsform/

in order to convert my XLS into XForm. The window with the link to the uploading does not pop up and I do not understand whether it is an Internet connection problem or the website has problems in these days.
