I have a local Aggregate server running. I have published "Both upload
existing & stream new" to a Google spreadsheet. Why when I delete a record
from the server it is not deleted from the spreadsheet?

Andy,
Aggregate is design to publish (or copy) the data over to other services,
it is not designed to keep Aggregate in sync with the other services once
the data has been sent. It is expected that people will change, clean up,
summarize, etc their data in the other services; therefore, to keep
everything synchronized Aggregate would need to be able to handle any
change which is quite complex and outside the scope of the currently
envisioned use case.
