Pull filtered data from aggregate using briefcase based on username

Hi.

Is it possible to limit the set of data a user can pull from aggregate
using briefcase. For instance, a specific user can only pull data where a
field name is equal to a certain value. For example, an area supervisor can
only pull the set of data/records pertaining to his area assignment (where
fieldname 'town' is equal to the area he is assigned to).

Thanks,

Vinia

Vinia,

Currently no. My guess is that this is a non-trivial feature to add
directly to Aggregate. Might be easier to send the data to Fusion
Tables and see if you can filter from there...

Hi Vinia,

I know this is an old thread, but am interested to know if you were able to
achieve a filtered pull (e.g. by username)?

Thanks,
Andrew

There is no functionality in ODK Aggregate that could be used to achieve
this.
