Pulling data using Briefcase

Hi?
I had written previously asking how I can pull data using Briefcase. I was
able to pull data from the device by first copying ODK folder from phone.

Another issue has come up. That is I have finalized 4 forms (this show on
the phone), how ever when I pull/export, there only 2 instances exported in
the MS Excel file.

Why is this happening?

Thanks in advance for the assistance.

Louis...

When I disconnected the phone and reconnected again, all the Instances were
there. Briefcase is pulling all finalized forms.

Thank you so much.

See https://opendatakit.org/use/briefcase/#Pull_4.x

There are substantial problems with the MTP driver on Windows.
To avoid those problems, we recommend zipping up the directory and pulling
the zip file across.

Louis,

The CSV export only exports instances with data. Look in your ODK
Briefcase storage folder under forms/form_name/instances. Are the raw
instances there? Is there data in them?
