Pulling Forms in Briefcase Failing

I have been trying to pull forms from my aggregate into briefcase so that I
can export the csv files and I am continuing to get "FAILED" response every
time I click "Pull."

Please see the attached image of the error I am receiving. I have double
checked that the login username is "site admin", "form manager" and not a
google account type.

Help!

What does "Details..." reveal?

submission download chunk failed. Detailed error: Bad Request (400) while
accessing:
https://safestartkenya.odk.lshtm.ac.uk/view/submissionList?formId=ExposureObs_xlsformv4&cursor=&numEntries=100
Please verify that the submission download chunk that is being uploaded is
well-formed.
FAILED.

Email the folks who setup the server at odk@lshtm.ac.uk for support to
look at the server logs.
