QR Code with Specific Form

1. What is the problem? Be very detailed.
I have 17 forms and each one is assigned to a specific region. I would like to generate a QR Code that will automatically download their assigned form.

2. What app or server are you using and on what device and operating system? Include version numbers.
ODK Collect

3. What you have you tried to fix the problem?
Tried generating the QR Code after downloading the specified form.

4. What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?

You could create 17 app users (each had an QR code) and enable one form for each. The relevant docs are
https://docs.getodk.org/central-projects/#managing-form-access.

Alternatively, if the form is largely identical, you could use a start geopoint and geofencing to enable whichever content is relevant to each region. I haven't done this myself so I can't offer useful details here.
