Question about an app for iPads for conducting surveys in areas with no internet access

Dear Sir/Madam,

I will be conducting a survey in a remote area in India in January 2016.
The area does not have access to the internet. We are planning on using
iPads for conducting the survey.

Does Open Data Kit have an app suitable for conducting surveys on iPads
that we can later upload on a server?

If not, do you have any recommendation for us?
