Questions doesn't show up because the Relevant value won't disappear

I have a new form using part of the old form so I just copied the old form
and make modification by adding and remove fields in Build. I noticed that
even the skip logic removed from the Relevant in Advance it still appear in
xml file. this caused some of the questions doesn't show up but when you
check the Relevant in Build there is no restriction. How can I fix this
problem ? or where I should clean up the cached value in
Build-Property-Advance -Relevant?

None of the standard tools are smart enough to remove conditionals on
fields that you are deleting.

Use ODK Validate to find these references and then manually remove them.
