Questions not appearing on the screen

Hi All,
I have succeeded converting the attached file on the Odk Phone bu the questions on the''Quality Control, Appropriateness, Usage, and Immediate Impacts of SNFIs''from 168-298 is not appearing on the screen.can you help me on this.snfi_pdm_hh_questionnaire_final_20190104.xlsx (57.7 KB)

Use proper appearance type in your XLS file for the group "Quality Control, Appropriateness, Usage, and Immediate Impacts of SNFIs" or remove appearance type what you have used.

Hi Arif,
