Randomly Selecting a Respondent from Household Members

Hello Friends and Colleagues,
I wanted to have a constraint (regex) that will enable me randomly select a respondent from a household members roster generated by a repeat count. I also need to have the selected household member randomly selected be between 7 and 17 years. Someone to help me with the command.
