Rank widget drag and drop does not work in some mobile devices

1. What is the issue? Please be detailed.
ODK Central Enketo form rank questions drag and drop functionality is not working in the Android mobile devices - web view/chrome. We can not change or sort rank item from Android devices.
But It is working in IOS device - Safari as expected.

2. What steps can we take to reproduce this issue?
Put ODK Central -Enketo URL having rank widget in Android chrome browser and try to drag and drop rank which will not work.

Go to https://www.whatismybrowser.com on the devices that aren't working. What does it say your browser is?

Ranking didn't work on some touch devices prior to Enketo Express 6.0.0 (release notes) which came out in Central v2023.2.0. If your Central version is older than v2023.2.0, you should look at upgrading.
