Rank widget not working in Enketo

I cannot click and drag the options on the rank widget.

It looks like ranking in Enketo doesn't play nicely with choice filters. Issue filed at https://github.com/enketo/enketo-core/issues/981

Will this get fixed in the new ODK Webforms being developed? I'm planning a survey intended not for trained enumerators but for the more general public in the upcoming year and this would be a show stopper because I'm planning a rank widget with a choice filter based on a previous select multiple question like this:

Select_multiple choices, then rank the selected choices

Indeed, when a choice filter is applied to my rank type questions, I cannot move the answer options when filling out the form (both in web and in odk collect app) to put them in a different order to rank them.
