Records can only be submitted to spreadsheets created in Google Sheets

While uploading form in google drive/sheets i am getting errors. It says
**Failed. Records can only be submitted to spreadsheets created in Google Sheets .
The Submission spreadsheet specified was uploaded to Google Drive .

How can i solve this error ?

We're glad you're here. When you get a chance, please introduce yourself on this forum thread. I'd also encourage you to add a real picture as your avatar because it helps build community!

You have to create your spreadsheet using Google Sheets you can't for example create it locally on your computer using Excel/LibreOffice/Any tool like that and upload it to your Google Drive and then use as a submission spreadsheet.
Was that your case?

@Grzesiek2010 Yes i had created it Using my computer Excel sheet and uploaded it in Google drive. I will try to solve it as instructed from you sir.
Sure i will upload my details later on. Is that okay ?

@Grzesiek2010 Thank you so much . Yes indeed it works and successfully uploaded forms in google drive/spreadsheets. It was nice experience getting Suggestions/help from Seniors with lots of experience in similar platform.
But I do have so more additional Concerns regarding re-designing of form ?
Can I share it with you and ask for additional help ?
