I am scratching my head for aroung 5 hours and used the available tricks but it did not work.
The problem is- relevant field works with some names but does not work for all. In the attache file, line 19 and 20 gives error but works with other names like line 18 and other.

Hi Suman,
Since all these questions are select_one, you might be able to work with ${demolition_of_house}
= 'Completed' instead of selected(). Also, I don't see it on your code,
but if you had these displayed on a shared screen in a field-list group,
that would prevent them responses for one from being recognized as a
condition for another.
I don't see a problem based on what you posted, but I don't work with text
responses that often, I usually code the value lists and reference the code
so there could be some text issue there I'm not aware of.
