I wanted to know how to automatically rename the name of the form relative to a text field.
In the parameters sheet the Instance name column I put the following code $ {q201} which corresponds to a form variable with the text field but when I reach the end to save and exited the form does not take the name indicated. Strangely this only works for the multiple choice field like select_one

Did you see the doc Specify form submission name and the sample form
if so but still it doesn't work please attach your form.
