Renaming of the Edit Saved Forms to enable distinguish

1. What is the problem? Be very detailed.
kindly request on how I can rename the forms in the ''Edit Saved Form'' since I have got 400 survey questions/forms that involve taking data over a period of upto 4 months. The forms in this section are all named the same except the time period. I would each form to possess unique/individual for ease of access in subsequent data collection.
Attached are the snapshots of how my forms look like.

Am using the Open Data Kit on a Samsung Tablet

3. What you have you tried to fix the problem?
i tried to rename but it is not showing
4. What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?
I am requesting on how each of the edit saved forms can be given a unique name to enable distinguish from the others.

You can include a unique ID at the end of the form name eg.survey data_001

there is no way to somehow automatically rename all those saved surveys. You can open them one by one and update their names manually but yeah it will be difficult taking into account you have 400 files.

For the future: you can set instance name based on passed answers for example Setting instance name - #2 by Prasanna_Sundaram
