Repeat groups and data rows

Hi there,
I am currently designing a fisheries catch survey (I am aware there are examples on google but none so far have given me what I need) and I am using repeat group for each new fish with location and collector data at the beginning. However, for the exported data for analysis I need each new repeat group to be exported as a new row with the collector and location entered automatically for each row i.e. each data point. Is this possible?

Currently designing the form in XLS.
