@TAB I'd like to request that pyxform-http become an official ODK tool. The tool is a lightweight HTTP wrapper of pyxform that ODK Central uses for form conversions.
The tool complies with the admission criteria and I can commit to contributing to it.

Per the TSC's approval, pyxform-http is now an ODK project. I've moved the repo to: https://github.com/getodk/pyxform-http
