Required option ruins headers in ODK Collect?

Hello everyone,

I am having issues with displaying headers properly while simultaneously using the required attribute (set on 'yes').

Here is an example of my form (notice the styling attempt with ####):

Here is the output on ODK Collect (notice that the required fields don't use the #### to format the text into a header, but instead just display the hashtags):

Is there a way to get past this?

Definitely a bug. We'll try to get a fix out in our next release.
