1. Hello Everyone, I just want to know, Does ODK Central have any possibility to send a submitted form for re-editing to the same investigator who did the same interview?

ODK Central does allow for submission editing but you must be logged in to the web interface and have a Web User Role of at least Project Manager. It is not currently possible to send a form submission for editing back to an app user in Collect or via an open URL.
