Restrict Access to myapplication.appspot.com

Currently our myapplication.appspot.com file storage seems to be open to everyone (anonymousUser). How do we add a login to this page or some kind of restriction? We don't mind if anyone can submit completed forms, we just need to limit the access to view, download, and delete the completed forms. I'm just confused where you setup these settings, in the appengine.google.com site or on the myapplication.appspot.com.

These are settings within ODK Aggregate.

(1) Browse to your ODK Aggregate instance.
(2) Click on the 'Log in' link in the upper right corner. You often need to
wait for the Submissions page to fully render (show all the submitted data
rows) before you can click on this link and leave this page.
(3) Click the 'Sign in with Google' button
(4) enter the Google e-mail account you specified when you ran the ODK
Aggregate installer. This is the 'super user' for your server.

You should now see an additional 'Site Admin' tab.

Click on that, and click on 'Permissions'

You can now remove access to your app by anonymous users, add an ODK
Aggregate user account or other Google e-mail accounts, and assign
permissions to those accounts.

Note that you need to Save Changes for these changes to take effect.

Also, when adding ODK Aggregate users, be sure to 'Change Password' for
them. When they are first created, they are given an unguessable password,
and so are unusable until you set it to a known value.

I attached a screen shot from my laptop after I login and hit the Permissions tab. I don't see any spot for anonymousUser to be deleted or removed.

No. This is a setting within ODK Aggregate -- not within appengine. You
need to go to ODK Aggregate.
