Restrict display of selection of options from entities csv file based on another variable

1. What is the issue? Please be detailed.
I have created a draft entities followup xls which also adds values from followup visits to the the entities dataset. However, I would like to restrict the display of the selection options from the csv to be by participant ID which is variable PIDf.

2. What steps can we take to reproduce this issue?
Find attached the xls files for registration and followup.

3. What have you tried to fix the issue?
I tried cascade filter and relevant but nothing working. can anyone assist.

Having a similar problem when I'm trying to create a multiple-select list from an entity which matches a filter condition. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to be working. Did you have any luck with this issue?
