Resubmission of a form following a domain name change

1. What is the problem? Be very detailed.
A user has a form that they submitted before we changed our domain name, the form currently needs to be resubmitted as we don't have the data in ODK aggregate.
When we submit the form we are given an error
"Generic Exception: Error: Not found( 404) at /ODKAggregate/submission/devicedID=android_%

The form was originally downloaded to the ODK app from the old domain *.info and filled in, however we've since moved to a new domain *.co.uk.
We effectively want to submit a filled out form from the .info address to the .co.uk address including several images which were captured.

2. What app or server are you using and on what device and operating system? Include version numbers.

ODK Collect on android - version numbers for the OS are unknown but the app itself is the latest from the app store

3. What you have you tried to fix the problem?
We've tried just resubmitting it, the only other ideas we've had start to get very invasive and we don't have the device immediately available to us.

4. What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?
Download a form from one server, fill it in and try to upload it to effectively another server with the same form available.

5. Anything else we should know or have? If you have a test form or screenshots or logs, attach below.

The forms are identical and haven't been changed the only thing that's changed in the back ground is the server settings on the app which we updated to the new version of the app.

Did you upload (to your new server) the same form you used to fill the submissions you are trying to re-upload now? Seems like it can't find the corresponding form on your new server.

Thanks @Grzesiek2010 that was the issue, we've literally just this second cracked it. Our 3rd party had used an old form revision! which we had deleted from the server after migration!
