What is the problem? Please be detailed.
One of my users collected data and over a very poor network, sent the data but it never reached the server.

What ODK tool and version are you using? And on what device and operating system version?
I am using Kobo Toolkit

What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?
Have tried to check for instances

What you have you tried to fix the problem?
Nothing

Anything else we should know or have? If you have a test form or screenshots or logs, attach here.
Just that the data has mysteriously disappeared.

have you checked that the data is still on the device? When you tried to check for instances, what was the result?

You will find the forms(Questioners) in the phone memory file on the track :
ODK/instances/(date of Questioners)
and you may add it in server by( Manually Upload submission date)
or by
Briefcase
(if the ODK collect settings are default)
