Please help me regarding one thing i have a xls form which i run through
formhub i want to make a search option in my xls form so that when i person
select the option in pop listing listed on route after that a search bar
will appear and he/she will write the POP code in it so that after
forwarding the form only that POP will appear for which he wrote the code,
as it is very difficult to see thousands of POP CODES in POP list.
Kindly help me out regarding this issue, i have also attached the xls form
please make edit in it & reupload.
I am guessing what you mean is that when you open this question with lots of options, you want a search option on top and based on what you type in that searchbox, the relevant options should appear. Are you using ODK Collect on Android for collecting your data?
Thanks for the reply Raghu.

Ahsan, we faced a similar situation where we had huge number of options in
Select One widget, and wanted to put a search option on top. So, we created
a new widget. This widget gives a search box on top, and as you type/delete
letters, it immediately does a search and shows only the relevant options.
I will work on putting that code into the ODK Collect repo, and will let
you know once I am done.

Ahsan, I have pushed the relevant code changes to the ODK Collect repo.
Now, we have to wait for one of the ODK core-committers to apply the commit
to ODK.
Pleae tell me how to achieve this which you have shown in screen shot of
that odk.
Please tell me.
Thanks in advance.
