Tenho uma variável nome; Parto com complicacoes.
A pergunta a seguir é tipo de complicações e é um select multiple,
eu queria que se o numero de complicações é 2 entao apenas o select mode
aceita se escolher duas opções por ai adiante.

select_multiple habilite apenas opções consoante o valor da variável "
numero de partos com complicações.
A segunda questão, é possível colocar uma fórmula para que todos campos
text apareçam em letras maiúsculas?

Hey there my question is: I have one mother question who ask number of
complication birth it's integer, second question is multiple select
question, I need one formula who active only the number os field who type
in mother question

One option is to have many multiple select questions (e.g., 1_birth,
2_births, 3_births). Then make each question relevant based on the
number of births. If you want to restrict the number of allowed
selections on a single question to the number of births, then have a
constraint where count-selected(${births} < 5).
