Select options from the form

Hi, I need your support please
1. What is the problem? Be very detailed.
I have already deploy the form but when I fill it I cant select the response options
2. What app or server are you using and on what device and operating system? Include version numbers.
Im using Kobo Humanitarian Response. Im working from my computer
3. What you have you tried to fix the problem?
Review the form in this site https://getodk.org/xlsform/
4. What steps can we take to reproduce the problem?
Try to fill the form
5. Anything else we should know or have? If you have a test form or screenshots or logs, attach below.
