The present behavior for the drop-down select_one widget (select set to
minimal appearance) seems to confuse some of our users. With a minimal
appearance, the first option appears to some users either as a default
answer or a selected answer. When the another option using the default
settings, a colored indicator clearly shows whether any option has been
selected
Is there a way to display a text (i.e. "select one") instead of displaying
the first option for drop-down widgets, similar to "select answer" with
multiple select options?
