Sending SMS/email

Hello,

I'm working on a project. I use ODK Collect and Aggregate
I want to set up an SMS alert system or email in a ODK form.
Let me explain: after designing my form, I want to do so that when the user answers a certain question, I can automatically send a SMS/email. And even before form validation.

Any feedback would be welcome

Nothing like that exists today, so you'll have build an external widget
(https://opendatakit.org/help/form-design/external-apps/) or a fork of
ODK Collect that does that.
