Server Error 500

Hi team,

I have been having problems in accessing the online server for awhile now.

We keep on getting Error 500 while trying to upload data from our devices
and while trying to download/export previous data we get failed replies.

The link to the server is https://lanetumoja.appspot.com/Aggregate.html

I checked the billing and we are up-to date.

Please help... Anyone

I will sort out the security issues but for the time being, I am trying to export the data and upload but cant.

Any idea why?

Try using ODK Briefcase. What error message does it report?

Hi Yaw,

This is what I am getting when I use Briefcase to Export.

Processing instance: uuid8972a31f-d30a-4379-889d-90762f07ca05
Processing instance: lanet_2016-02-04_22-41-34
FAILED!

This also after I cleared the online aggregate data.

I managed to pull and export the data.

The errors I was receiving were coming from a set of instances. I suspect the problem was caused by a change of form format.

Thanks for the help. I will update as we continue the exercise.
