Hi, the correct URL is:
We found out the difference between this and the ona.io/username the hard way at a mapping workshop recently. The one with the username will only let you access the forms you have created. If someone else in your team has set up forms and added you as a collaborator/contributor, then to access those forms, you need to set the generic URL above.
In Geo ODK Collect app (which is very similar to ODK Collect as far as these settings go), the path is:
Settings > General Settings > Configure Platform Settings > URL
Enter: https://odk.ona.io
Then enter your username and password in the next options below URL.
