Would your mind help me how to setting ODK use the form uploaded in Google Drive?

Note: Downloading forms from Google Drive is paired with sending your
submissions to Google Maps Engine.
Nafundi and Google Maps Engine are working on announcing the availability
of this feature. When it is announced, there will be documentation on the
steps to set it up (most likely a link to documentation on Google Maps
Engine's documentation site).

There were API changes to Google Maps Engine, which might affect
submissions of data to that service.
