Setting a Loop to not more than 5 times in xlsform

I want to set a loop in Xlsform to not More than 5 times and I have put <5
in the repeat count column but its giving me this error message

......Error: ODK Validate Errors: Invalid XPath expression [<5]! >>
Something broke the parser. See above for a hint. Result: Invalid

Any advice on the way forward.

Thanks.

Collins

There is no need to add anything but a number. Just put "5". It will repeat
the loop 5 times.
