  1. Sheets API doesn't let me use underscore in the URL when I add a URL in a note

  2. I'm using webforms in ona and kobotoolbox.

  3. Search for the same problem in web and Forum. I found this one, I think is related: https://github.com/getodk/collect/issues/298

  4. Add a URL in note type element

  5. I entered this URL: https://mike-salinas1.shinyapps.io/lectura_art/_w_798c7617/Alumno3.docx
    I get this in the ona web form: https://mike-salinas1.shinyapps.io/lectura<em>art/</em>w_cf3aad05/Alumno3.docx
