I have added a signature field to my form and it seems to crash on my
devices once you select "gather signature". It works on my Samsung
GT-P7300, Android 3.1 but not on my smaller devices. I have attached my
excel spreadsheet where I am creating my forms.

Larisa and I work together, it seem to be crashing on Android 4.x as all
devices we try with ICS crashes on trying to gather signature.
