Hi guys need to create skip logic between for the following fields
when one goes to the type of the premise and find the gate lock, access denied and open space the he should skip the rest of the question and go straight to any field comment and final to sampling officer

Ok but I don't understand your problem well. Could you explain? What do you need to skip?

You can put all of the questions after the one that determines access and before comments into a group and then show and hide that group as needed. See the section at http://xlsform.org/#grouping and especially the section labeled "Skipping".
