Skip logic in xls format

Can someone help me regarding skip logic in odk. For example in question number 3 (select one yes_no) if the answer is No then it should go directly to question number 9?
Similarly in question 11 if answer is No then end the survey. Please help me with this urgently

In XLSForm, you specify relevant conditions on either individual fields or
groups to implement your skip logic.

You could group questions 4-8 in a group ( begin group ... end group ) and
place a relevant condition on the "begin group" line such that the group is
skipped if question 3 were No, or you can place that same relevant
condition on each question 4-8 individually to have them (individually)
skipped.

The experience is the same for the user.
