Sorry, invalid url!

1. What is the issue? Please be detailed.
I'm trying to connect a phone to our well-established url but the latest version of odk says the url is invalid. It is not invalid and is receiving forms from other users. I double checked the url spelling and it is correct.

The phone is old, so I tried setting up on a much newer phone. Same issue

  • Can you provide more details about the setup process you are using... are you configuring an App User with a QR code?
