We don't host your data. Most people either host on Google App Engine,
where there are quotas
(http://code.google.com/appengine/docs/quotas.html), or you can host
on a local machine (running Tomcat, MySQL/PostgreSQL).
We have many resources about ODK at http://opendatakit.org/. Please
look through the site and that should give you more information.
