Static Marker on Map

1. What is the problem? Be very detailed.

Hi all,

I was wondering if the option to put a static marker on the middle of the map and move the map behind it, to set a location, has been reintroduced ?

Apparently there was a time when this was how you had to take the position on map, then it have been removed; but i heard recently that this is know an option again.

5. Anything else we should know or have? If you have a test form or screenshots or logs, attach below.

such an option is not implemented in ODK Collect but there is a topic here Placing GeoPoints by dragging the map instead of long-pressing
please review, vote and add your thoughts. Maybe it will be added in the future.
