I have tried to install Aggregate with Google App Engine, but it results
stucks when "Upload ODK Aggregate to Google AppEngine", in the dialog box
(Attached) nothing happens. Can you help me to identify the problem?

This is most certainly a bug, but I can't reproduce it on my Windows 7 machine.
Can you file a bug report at
https://code.google.com/p/opendatakit/issues/list describing what
versions of ODK Aggregate installer, Windows, and Java of you are
using, and precisely the steps you took?
Then star the issue to get updates.

Also, if it is a Windows system, I suspect there is a problem with your
Path variable.
The 'System variables' value for the Path variable should start with
%SystemRoot%\system32;%SystemRoot%;%SystemRoot%\System32\Wbem;%SYSTEMROOT%\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0;
it is likely that one or both of these settings are incorrect.
A quick check is to open a cmd window and type
echo %Path%
You should see something like this ( this is directly from my system, so it
includes development tools after the initial set of directories )
