Hope you are fine. I have accidentally placed a constraint command on a yesno type question and I have the form published it. Data collection has began on the form and enumerators cannot submit data collected using the form due to the constraint whose restriction is not relevant to that question. How can I rectify that error. Thanks
For KoBo Toolbox specific questions, you will probably have better luck on their support pages or help pages.
The solution will probably involve publishing a new version of the form and instructing your enumerators to delete the old form and get the new form. It's always a good idea to test forms extensively before deploying them for your official data collection!
