I have tried this way: Submissions Tab -> New, so the new tab is opened, and I started entering from there. After entering the data, I pressed the submit button. This error is displayed. While clicking authenticate here, a new tab with my odk central url is opened. but still can't submit the data.
Which version of Central are you using? Is this something that used to work and doesn't anymore or that has never worked? After you authenticate, click ok on the dialog, and try to submit again, what happens? Do you see the same dialog again?

It has never worked. I can't edit any submission. After authenticating, it's still showing the same dialog box again.
