Same thing happened with us in large survey project . @LN , @yanokwa we should figure out root problem .

I checked and found that there is no form which is incomplete all forms are complete.

@iamnarendrasingh I've split out this topic because it's not clear it's the same issue. Can you provide more detail?

  1. What version of Collect are you running?
  2. What version of Aggregate are you running? On what platform (e.g., Tomcat, MySQL, App Engine)?
  3. How do you know the submission was successfully submitted?
