Submitted forms not appearing on Google server

Hi all,

I am working on a study in Zambia. We have given health care providers smartphones with ODK Collect 1.4.7 installed. They are submitting forms using a cellular data connection. I am using ODK aggregate on Google appspot for submissions.

When I look at form submissions on the aggregate server, only 1-2 submitted forms are visible. However, when I look at a provider's phone, there are many "sent" forms under the Delete Saved Form -> Saved Forms tab. When I test the phone using a mobile hotspot, the forms send correctly and they appear on the aggregate server.

Additionally, when I directly pull the data off the phones and extract using briefcase the "sent" forms are not appearing even though the phone is set to no delete after sending.

Any idea why the data is not reaching the server and why they data is no longer accessible on phone?

Appears to be timing out during the submission with the slow data connection. Are you sending pictures or video? Make sure they are sized down. You can test sending the form over the slow connection by send a submission without a picture to see if that is the issue.

Hi Emily,

Try also going to Form Management -> Submission Admin. Select the form
from the drop down list? Do you see any incomplete submissions there?
