Support Entities in ODK Build

What high-level problem are you trying to solve?
As mentioned by @cooperka recently, it would be great if ODK Build would support entities. This would open up this amazing new feature to low code form creators who love ODK Build.

Any ideas on how ODK could help you solve it?
From a technical side, a discussion of what bits of the Build code base need to change.
From a user experience side, would this feature be useful?

Similar, alternative possibility: the NEMO form builder could also support entities. We should eventually investigate whether one or the other is significantly easier to accomplish (both in terms of technical needs and funding).
