Hi,
I am using XLSForm form designhttp://opendatakit.org/help/form-design/xlsform for designing my
survey, I do not know how to do this:
In one part of the survey, a question is answered in 3 attributes. i.e, I
need 3 text or integer boxes to enter the values.
for eg,
"Enter the amount of fertilizer used" is the question, and I need 3 integer
boxes with labels as fertilizer names, in one of the desired box i will
enter the amount used. Thus, the other two might be concluded as not used
during the trial. likewise, i have a lot of similar questions in my survey,
kindly help here
