What high-level problem are you trying to solve?
There are orgs which has a dedicated form QA which tests forms before those are published to interviewers. Not only is it such a hassle having them constantly switch accounts to only QA 1 form per "account"; those temporary user accounts will then be disabled (therefore, cannot download the form anymore) once the form gets pushed to production, which will confuse anyone on which account is "active" if you're managing multiple at once since the "inactive" account will stay in the collect app.
Any ideas on how ODK could help you solve it?
Implement a new user role possibly called "Quality Assurance", they'll be able to sign in to their collect app and be given access to forms which still needs to be tested. They'll have 1 account for either all available projects, or for only 1 project. To which the forms will naturally disappear from their list of forms.
